The mighty Sea



For a short time captured in a dream

Memories are unreal now it seems.

Still I hear the sound of chasing waves

Feel the tearing wind and my heart craves.




Along the shore of calm or howling sea

The fragrance of life gets new hold of me,

Sand and salt teach me feelings of sprite

My eyes light up at this wondrous sight.



Daydreams of the sea warm up my soul

Those powerful waters forever will roll,

Sea views hypnotize me with their charms,

Marvelling, I feel held in Nature’s arms.



My thoughts reach out with each remembered splash

I get aware of distance, at one dash!

Drowned in beautiful visions of “my” sea

The Angels will already know my plea –



That I’ll dip my toes in this velvet blue

And bathe my soul again in her changing hue.

The silence of blossoms,
Petals which loosely
Slip out of my hands.
Their fragrance so delightful
Gently floating on a breeze,
Flower-garlands are by nature
Awesome woven just to please.
Scenting limes and blooming roses
Present us thoughts of sweet romance,
Precious moments of early Summer -
Reflected dreams of holding hands.

In my heart a secret garden grows,

fragrant flowers of lavender and rose.

Many other scents too many to write,

carry my heart to you each night.

Hold onto this our romantic delight

as day break comes, they all take flight.

For what we have is ours to share --

phantom words, but you're not there.

God’s love was with me from the start
He paints my path of life each day
Protects me throughout any darkness
With Angels beside me all the way.

His source of love enlightens my soul
My heart learns how this love is shared
Grateful for the blessings of our Lord
I bend my knees knowing I will be heard.

God’s glory talks to me by the sunset
By thunder’s voice and the touch of a breeze
Among thousands His eyes are upon me
And never would He miss anyone’s pleas.

I am aware of His Divine guidance
Praying for light on a crossroad’s turn
His mercy can be taken for granted
Yet patiently He waits for us to learn.

Thank you Lord, we all are lost without You
You’re not found in Heaven but in our midst
Our trust in You helps through challenges
Your love tears apart all erroneous’ mist.

A sign from Above

My gift is a rainbow painted from me

In brilliant colours for everyone to see

On a canvas of love, lasting a hundred years

That can’t wash out by either raindrops or tears.

The rainbow carries my feelings so deep

Gently bringing my touch, which you may keep

Words chosen by heart I will tenderly send

With emotional thoughts flying over this bend.

This magic rainbow from violet to gold

Stretches like two arms to lovingly enfold

The core of this hue is just amazing bliss

Giving us the hopes we wouldn’t want to miss.

I painted a rainbow as a bridge to my heart

For shadows and waiver to slowly depart

At a crossroad of life, please, look at it above

My rainbow will tell you, there’s always my love.
